Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week (flexible scheduling options available)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient part-time Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our courses and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Course Administration:

  • Coordinate the scheduling of courses and workshops.

  • Manage registrations and maintain student records.

  • Liaise with schools and other educational institutions for course bookings and arrangements.


2. Communication:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

  • Communicate with instructors and staff to relay important information regarding courses and schedules. We use Google Worksuite, Notion and Slack as our main communication tools. 


3. Financial Management:

  • Assist in the processing of invoices and payments.

  • Manage budget tracking for courses and workshops.


4. Marketing Support:

  • Assist in the promotion of courses and workshops through social media and other marketing channels.

  • Help in creating marketing materials and maintaining the company website.

5. General Administrative Tasks:

  • Provide general support to management.

  • Organise and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.

  • Assist in event planning and other company activities.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Google Docs and familiarity with social media platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Interest in Creative Digital Media, Arts, and Music education is a plus.

Education:

  • A minimum of a Leaving Certificate or equivalent; further education or certification in administration or a relevant field is advantageous.
