What is BrickFlicks?
We refer to the animation style that we use as Brickflicks and it is Storytelling using a combination of Stop Motion Animation, Lego and some simple mixed materials.
Using a combination of readily available digital mobile technology, hand made sets and LEGO mini figures we encourage children to create stop motion movies. They will learn how to design their own sets, script, storyboard, film, edit and produce their own BrickFlicks masterpiece.
In a BrickFlicks workshop You Create the Story - and make your Lego character come alive!
Our tutors are passionate about animation and education and have a wealth of skills and experience to share with participants.they will share technical tips and practical techniques to assist the budding movie makers develop and improve their own projects. They are Garda Vetted and comply with relevant Child Protection Policies ( A copy of our own Policy is available on request)

Please Note: Brick Flicks workshops are suitable for students 8yrs+ only. There is a strong emphasis on group work and we need to ensure that every student that takes part can contribute, learn and share confidently with their peers. An aptitude for set building and playing with LEGO are only part of the workshop experience.
